Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to help build, support, and maintain our high-availability, low-latency infrastructure. As a Systems Engineer in our HK office, you will provide support, troubleshoot issues with our software engineers, and create scalable solutions to maintain our daily operations.

Requirements

Experience with Linux systems and server administration
Familiarity with VMWare and cloud services (e.g., Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud)
Knowledge of network routing
Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
Strong communication skills and ability to work both in a team and independently
Passion for computers and technology

Pluses

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, BASH, Perl, Lua)
Familiarity with Cisco devices
Familiarity with monitoring systems (e.g., Grafana)
Experience with MySQL or similar databases
Knowledge of enterprise storage (DAS, NAS, SAN)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Handle Linux server administration and automation tasks (OS installations, host configurations, etc.)
Develop scripts to automate tasks and deploy monitoring solutions

Compensation
